American Idol

This is a dumb question, but Im going to ask it anyway....is there anyone out there that truly likes Sanjia? ( I can't remember how to spell his name..but oh well, he certainly won't be remembered for his singing) That boy is a joke and should not be on that show.

From what I have heard, Howard Stern is getting his listeners to call in and vote so he can get this kid to win. Now, Im sorry, that is just not right.  A lot of time and money has been put into this show and these people are working hard to become the idol. Why are people stupid enough to listen to a dj and call in to mess with all of these people working so hard to be successful. I mean seriously, when its all said and done, do you think anyone is going to buy a cd that this child makes....if he even does make one.

So stop listening to Stern and start voting for who you think should really win. Why ruin the fate of someone just to do something foolish, there isnt a reward for you at the end when it's over. There isn't a party....there is nothing, so stop this nonsense!

Do you have a favorite?

It is so hard to find any good shows on TV these days. There are so many reality shows and I get tired of them after a while. Monday nights seem to have the best line up to me. I love the whole CBS line-up...How I met your mother, Two and a half men, The Class and Studio 60 on the sunset strip.

I like a few other shows out there but this is the only night that I really enjoy sitting back and making a night of it. I use to love the Apprentice, but that has gotten old so I am not keeping up with that at the moment.

I love comedies, are there any out that that maybe I am not aware of? I need some input here, if you don't mind, post comments about your favorites so I can find some new ones! Since it is so cold outside I need something to keep me busy at home, I would love some ideas!

House

One of my favorite shows is "House"! But I have found this season, I am not as crazy about the good ole' doc like I was last year. I think the way he is acting over this whole drug charge is nuts and shows that he is a jerk.

Oh, and when I found out he is a Brit! Whoa, I could not believe it. The first time I noticed it was on a rerun of friends where Rachel was flying to England to be at Ross' wedding and our guy was sitting next to her on the plane. When he spoke and I heard the accent I thought he was acting and it was fake. It was about two weeks later when I saw him on Saturday Night Live and he talked about being from England...that really did me in....I just could not believe that I didn't know he wasn't an American. He is one heck of an actor. Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against British people, I just didnt realize that he was one.

I just wish they would make this show end with him being a nicer guy and not so insensitive. I like the cockiness he has towards people on the show, but being flat out mean, hitting people and treating his friends like garbage is a little over the top for me.
